003: What I Wish I Knew About Content Creation
and how it can help in your journey as a creator/consumer
Hey Curious Minds,
One thing I’ve been reflecting on lately is this:
We often feel like we have to do everything to get ahead—post everywhere, say yes to every opportunity, and constantly be “on.”
(I call it this generations pressure), I believe our kids if not brought up well will have a lot of things to not choose
But here’s a truth I’ve sticked with:
Less is more—if you do it with intention. (Its proven, if you read stories of the most successful people, they do less but do it soo well that you cannot resist)
This week, I found myself revisiting why I started this newsletter. It’s a space to document the lessons I’m learning—the kind that shape how we work, grow, and live better lives.
And in that spirit, I happened to start another newsletter: (hear me out)
While Curious Pen is a home for life’s lessons and reflections, my work has also been evolving.
That’s why I started a second newsletter, Strategic Pen, a space dedicated to helping creators and solopreneurs grow their online presence with clear, actionable strategies.
If you’re someone looking for simple, powerful tools to create content that works, you can check it out here.
What I’ve Learned About Content Creation(the past 4yrs)
I remember as I started, I tried to be everywhere—posting on all platforms, creating endlessly, and saying yes to everything. (we all do this)
But people are not brave enough to speak about it. And the result is normally burnout. And losing your why.
As I grew as a creator I rethought everything and started to correct the patterns that made my life miserable.
Here’s what I discovered:
1️⃣ Focus beats quantity.
↳ Instead of trying to post on every platform, I started focusing on just one or two places where I could show up fully.
2️⃣ Templates save time and sanity.
↳ Having a plan (and pre-made content ideas) doesn’t just save time—it brings clarity to what really matters.
3️⃣ Clarity builds connection.
↳ When I focused on sharing fewer, more intentional pieces, people actually started engaging more deeply.
Why I Created the Content Creation Starter Kit
Out of this journey I got several questions of “hey how do you do this” “how are you so consistent and authentic”
And it got me thinking:
What if I could share the exact tools I’ve been using to simplify my content creation and show others how to do the same?
That’s why I created The Content Creation Starter Kit $39 only.
Here’s what’s inside:
✔️ A 30-day content calendar to keep you focused.
✔️ 10 customizable templates to save you time.
✔️ A framework to create content that connects without overwhelm.
It’s designed for creators and solopreneurs who are tired of feeling like they’re doing too much for too little return or are just starting out in building a brand/business or content creation.
You can check it out here.

Let’s Wrap This Up
Curious Minds, the biggest lesson I’ve learned this week is that intentionality changes everything. Whether it’s in your work, your relationships, or the content you create—focusing on less allows you to give more.
So, here’s my question for you:
👉 What’s one thing you’ll do less of this week to make space for what really matters?
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Until next week,
😊
